I have participated in test reviews, standard setting and benchmarking exercises for tests developed at RMIT (Melbourne, Vietnam), UNSW (Sydney), The University of Melbourne (LTRC), and University of Bedfordshire (CRELLA). I've contributed to validity and reliabitilty studies for the British Council and the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. I am currently working on a validation project for an academic language skills test at Radboud University (Nijmegen).

I have done item writing for large-scale test in Australia, China and Japan
I have also done item writing for a wide range of test developers including Cambridge English, and for large-scale proficiency tests in Japan and China, and have contributed to reliabiltiy and validity studies for a variety of tests including a Britsh Council online test, and a Dutch test of medical language skills.
